TERMS AND CONDITIONS  OF V FESTIVAL  TICKETS

THE POSSESSION OF A V2001 FESTIVAL TICKET SHALL CONSTITUTE AN ACCEPTANCE BY THE HOLDER OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DETAILED BELOW AND IMPLY AN UNDERTAKING ON THE PART OF THE HOLDER TO OBSERVE THEM.

1. All conditions are to be read together with all other statements and or directives either shown on the ticket or displayed on the premises. 
2. Ticket holders enter the car park, camping area and arena at their own risk. Maztec Ltd and Chelmsford Borough Council will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained in the park.
3. Right to refuse admission is reserved, persons entering the site may be searched by security.
4. Camping is allowed at the site only in designated areas, camping is only permitted with a Weekend Camping ticket. Any tents pitched outside the designated areas or in the car parks will be removed.
5. No pass outs will be issued to day ticket holders, please ensure you have everything you need before entering the arena.
6. Weekend camping ticket holders must exchange their ticket for a wristband on arrival, this must be worn at all times for the duration of the event.
7. No alcohol is permitted in the arena the only containers permitted shall carry non-alcoholic liquid in collapsible cardboard, foil or plastic containers of not more than 1 litre. Glass, cans or illegal substances will not be allowed inside the site.
8. In the event of inclement weather wear warm waterproof clothing.
9. Use bins/bin bags provided, fires are not permitted in any area and will be extinguished.
10. There are limited disabled facilities; there is a viewing platform for the main stage only. There is parking and disabled toilets. There is no separate ticket for disabled patrons.
11. Persons lost in the arena should meet at the meeting points provided.
12. No animals will be admitted to the site, except guide dogs for the blind.
13. No unauthorised sound systems permitted on site.
14. There is no age restriction to the festival, we suggest children under 16 be accompanied by an adult.
15. Under 5's will be admitted without a ticket if accompanied by an adult. However due to the nature of festivals you are advised not to bring under 5's.
16. Official merchandise is only on sale inside the arena do not purchase goods from unofficial vendors.
17. Strictly no trading inside the arena, without Maztec Ltd's written permission.
18. No tape or video recorders, professional photographic equipment or laser pens will be permitted in the arena.
19. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full, advertised bill performs, this ticket is for an event and not a specific artiste/band. Maztec Ltd reserves the right to change the bill or running time without prior notice.
20. In the event of cancellation of the festival by Maztec Ltd, their responsibility for refund is limited to the face value of the ticket only.
21. Under no circumstances will duplicate tickets be issued for lost tickets etc, keep your ticket safe.
22. All tickets remain the property of the Promoter until payment is received in full.
23. Ticket holders consent to the filming/sound recording of the event as members of the audience.
24. Tickets are security printed, please keep it dry to get it wet may invalidate it.
25. No tickets may be used for competitions or promotions without written permission from Maztec Ltd. This includes official V2001 sponsors and media partners.
26. Please note there are restricted capacities within the Arena and Dance Tent, once they reach the maximum capacities there will be no further admissions.
